Order Processing

• Orders for in-stocks are generally processed within 5 business days.
• For pre-order items, there may be potential delays that may occur during production.  Please check out the "Pre-order Status" page for updates. Feel free to drop me an email for enquiries too. Thank you for understanding!

Local shipping

• Orders from Singapore will take about 2-5 business days to be delivered.
• A tracking link will be included via email.
• Smaller items may be sent to your letterbox instead of your doorstep. Please check your letterbox if the tracking link provided states a successful delivery but you have not received your order at your door.

International shipping

• International orders usually take about 2-3 weeks.
• A tracking link will be included via email, so please remember to track it often!
